Let have tea @ Cafe LN (카페LN)

While exploring the Samcheong-Dong (삼청동) area, one of the unique cafe that one should not missed is Cafe LN (카페LN).

Located at the end of the alley where Bukcheon Hanok Village starts, Cafe LN (카페LN) full name is actually Luden Loquen SPACE. This unique Hanok (traditional Korean house style) cafe has a traditional exterior facade while a modern interior. The location and the unique hanok design adds sense of cultural value to the whole experience.

The name Luden Loquen is a combination of homo ludens (the meaning of “playing man” and homo loquens (the meaning of “talking man). In the cafe, there is a section that displays t-shirts, books and stationaries unique to Luden Loquen that are also available to be purchased.

Here, we took a break after our long walk around Samcheong-Dong (삼청동) in the slight drizzling summer rain. We tried some of the traditional drink and sweet that was offered in Cafe LN (카페LN).

Overall, it was a good experience and we truly enjoyed the short break that we had in Cafe LN (카페LN). Highly recommended for those whom are in Samcheong-Dong (삼청동) and wishes to experience some of the unique Korean culture.
