Memorable brunch @ Coffee Ink, Klang

When a good friend is back for a short break, what else is there to do but to look for a cool hangout place to enjoy a good cup of coffee while catching out on what we have missed out in each other’s life.

Our catch up place today is a lovely cafe located in Bandar Botanic, Klang called Coffee Ink. Located on level 1, this cafe is a MUST CHECK OUT for those art lovers as one can see the artistic talent of the owner of Coffee Ink through his work that has been put with much effort into this lovely place. The place were artistically drawn or painted making this cafe a unique place!

As we walked up the stairs to Coffee Ink, one would wonder what so special about this place as it looks plain from the outside. Upon arriving at the door, I was totally taken aback with the feel that the cafe brings with the unique yet artistic decorations. One could see how much effort the owner has put into this place.

Greeted by 2 very friendly people, we had difficulty choosing our drinks from the wide range of creative drinks offered. Since it is brunch, we decided to go for the old traditional cappuccino and vanilla latte. And the verdict….. 2 thumbs-up …. 👍👍

Choosing the food is another challenge as everything on the menu sounded really good and delicious. Noticing the big sign on Big Benedict Breakfast, we decided to give that a try. And the verdict……. highly recommended 😍 Served with bake beans cooked with herbs, Big Benedict Breakfast is served with a very generous portion of bacon, a slice of toast, mushroom cooked with herbs, egg Benedict served on a piece of hash brown and a generous portion of fresh salad. And for those who don’t fancy poach egg, the team are more than happy to change it to the egg cooked to perfection in accordance to your preference. 😉

This lovely cafe also served the popular mille crepes cake to which we understand is what they are famous for. Unfortunately, we did not have space after our hearty breakfast for the cake, however we will definitely come back again to try that!

It was a lovely catch up session for us as the cafe was a quiet and cosy.

One of what we deem to be the hippi-est cafe around Bukit Tinggi area which served a good selections of food and drinks, this is definitely one place that I would return for another wonderful catch up session with my dearest friend the next time she is back in town.
