Healthy Eating : Avocado with babybel cheese salad served with avocado salad cream 🥑

After a whole week of heavy eating over the Lunar New Year, I finally decided to head back to healthy eating.

For dinner tonight, I decided to blend Avocado 🥑 with honey 🍯 and olive oil to make avocado salad cream to top my Avocado 🥑 with babybel cheese salad. I must say that I am a little surprise that the Avocado 🥑 salad cream turns out really yummy 😉

Ingredients:

Salad 🥗 ingredients

  • Romaine – cut into smaller pieces
  • 1 nos carrot 🥕- sliced into small strips
  • 200gm baby / Cherry tomatoes 🍅 
  • 1/2 avocado 🥑- cut into small pieces
  • 1 nos of babybel cheese 🧀 – cut into small pieces

Avocado 🥑 salad cream

  • 1/2 avocado 🥑 – cut into chunks
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon honey 🍯 
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds 
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 200ml water 💦 

Methods – Avocado 🥑 salad cream

  1. In the blender, put in all the salad cream ingredients
  2. Blend till smooth at high speed for 5 minutes

Methods – Salad 🥗 

  1. Place all the salad ingredients into the serving plate accordingly – recipe is for 2 servings 
  2. Pour the Avocado 🥑 salad 🥗 cream 
  3. Serve 😉, mix well and enjoy the refreshing salad 🥗
