Pasta egg salad with homemade dressing 

Time to get back to healthy eating. So salad 🥗 time is back!

Today for lunch, with a little more time available on hand, I decided to make pasta egg salad 🥗 with homemade dressing 😍


  • 150gm shell pasta – cooked in accordance to the instruction on the packaging
  • 1 nos carrot 🥕- cut into bite size
  • 1 nos zucchini – cut into bite size
  • 3 eggs 🥚 – hardboiled and cut into bite size
  • Lettuces

Salad dressing

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 nos of lemon – juiced
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparing the salad

  1. Cook the pasta until andante and drained
  2. Boil / steam the carrot for 3 minutes
  3. In the mixing bowl, combine all salad ingredients
  4. Combine in a small bowl all the salad dressing ingredients. Mix well
  5. Mix all the salad ingredients and dressing together until well combine
  6. Serve

Note: if desired, you may add tuna or grilled chicken breast into the salad
